Introduction to Engineering Tires

Engineering tires consist of four main parts: curtain layer, bead, cushion layer, and tread, and the performance of the tire basically depends on these four parts. Engineering tires are mainly supplied to steel and metal plants, container terminals, bridge machinery, mining machinery, forklifts, and other supporting facilities.

Function of engineering tires

(1) Bear the weight of the car itself and its load, and maintain its operational performance
(2) Buffer the impact and vibration received by vehicles while driving, maintaining the stability and smoothness of vehicle operation.
(3) Ensure reliable contact between the entire tire and the ground, and improve the vehicle's traction, passability, and braking performance. Assembly instructions for engineering tires:
1. Tires must be assembled on designated vehicle models and wheel rims, and specialized tools and equipment must be used for tire installation and removal. Hard prying or smashing is strictly prohibited.
2. The same axle should be equipped with tires of the same brand, specification, structure, pattern, and level
3. Cross ply tires and radial tires cannot be mixed together.
4. When assembling tires with directional patterns, the rotation direction mark of the tire should be consistent with the direction of vehicle travel

5. When engineering machinery tires are installed together, the range of difference in the outer diameter of the twin tires should comply with relevant regulations
