Equipment for harmless treatment of livestock and poultry
Name: TYWH series harmless treatment equipment for livestock and poultry can be used to treat organic waste such as dead pigs, chickens, ducks, pig ma
Product details
1、 Performance characteristics of harmless treatment equipment
(1) Short processing time and minimal labor consumption
This series of harmless treatment equipment for dead and dead livestock and poultry can complete the harmless treatment of organic fertilizer waste such as pig manure, chicken manure, duck manure, pig manure, chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure, mushroom residue, traditional Chinese medicine residue, and crop straw in about 48 hours. A single shift only requires 1-2 people to complete it.
(2) High temperature fermentation, not affected by external climate
Whether in cold northern regions or humid southern regions, closed fermentation can achieve a fermentation temperature of 80-100 degrees Celsius. So as to completely eliminate harmful bacteria, eliminate crop pests and diseases, and ensure the harmless treatment of breeding enterprises.
(3) Save land and reduce infrastructure costs
This series of harmless treatment equipment for dead and diseased livestock and poultry only requires an area of 10 square meters to be put into production, and the entire production line only occupies 1 acre of land, greatly reducing the cost of basic civil engineering.
(4) Government policy support, in line with environmental requirements, to achieve agricultural circular economy
The harmless treatment and conversion of dead livestock and poultry into organic fertilizer project is an environmental protection project strongly supported by the government. The GH series harmless treatment equipment for dead livestock and poultry adopts closed fermentation technology, and the fermentation strains are also added with deodorizing strains. The production process is carried out in an aerobic state, without odor generation or secondary pollution.
(5) High degree of automation and mechanization
The GH series harmless treatment equipment for dead livestock and poultry adopts PLC program control, with automatic control of the entire process of feeding, fermentation, temperature control, drying, and discharging. The operators can go to work after simple training. Simultaneously, the entire process is mechanized, greatly reducing labor costs.
2、 Working principle of harmless treatment equipment
The equipment for harmless treatment of dead pigs is to collect dead and dead pigs in refrigerated trucks, transport them to the treatment center, and automatically drop them into the conveyor (with automatic weighing and counting devices in the conveyor) through the recycling platform and send them to the feeding port of the mechanical crusher. The crushed material enters a closed silo and is transported by two enclosed conveyor winches to two sets of harmless treatment equipment for pre-treatment of dead pigs, facilitating biomass combustion and carbonization in the later stage. The fat content of live pigs is about 10%, the water content is about 75%, and the remaining organic matter content is about 15%. The crushed dead pigs are treated by high-temperature steaming (energy supply comes from dried oil residue), and the entire system achieves self-sufficiency in heat energy without generating wastewater. The advanced harmless treatment device reduces the amount of carbon residue produced to less than 3%.
3、 Product characteristics of harmless treatment equipment
1) The processing cost per ton of dead pigs shall not exceed 300 yuan.
2) Carbonization technology of biomass organic fertilizer for energy self-sufficient dead livestock (poultry);
3) Structural design technology for biomass burners.
4) The heat source of the drying system in this project is the system's own product, achieving self-sufficiency in heat energy consumption of the drying system;
5) Stable and reliable: operates under slight positive pressure, without tempering or misfiring;
6) Efficient and energy-saving: using renewable biomass energy as fuel, with low operating costs, reducing operating costs by 30-60% compared to fuel (gas);
