FBE900 on-site power distribution signal input (HART) isolated safety barrierProvide isolated intrinsic safety power voltage to the two-wire intelligent transmitter in the hazardous area on site, and isolate and convert the 4mA~20mA signal generated by the transmitter before transmitting it to the safety zone control system or other intelligent instruments. This product supports bidirectional communication of HART digital signals. Simultaneously compatible with non smart transmitters.
This isolated safety barrier requires independent power supply, with electromagnetic isolation between the power supply input circuit output circuit.
Characteristics
Connect the on-site two-wire intelligent transmitter.
Provide a distribution voltage of 16.5V to 28V to the transmitter.
Isolate and transmit the 4mA to 20mA signal of the transmitter.
You can choose 4mA~20mA or 1V~5 output, or other required DC signals. Modular watch core design, no need for zero and full adjustment.
Equipped with a working power indicator light.
Single channel, one in one out, input circuit overcurrent protection.
Plug and unplug terminal block, DIN rail card installation.
Product Application
1. Provide distribution voltage to the on-site transmitter and isolate the input signal for transmission. Supports HART digital signals.
2. Equipment connected to the site: two-wire intelligent (HART) transmitter.
3. Location of on-site equipment: Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2; IIA zone, IIB zone, IIC zone; T4 to T6 danger zone.
4. Connect the safety barrier to the control system (or other unit combination instruments): The AI card of each DCS/PLC receives active 4mA to 20mA current signals.
