overview
Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic mainly used to combat bacterial and mycoplasma infections in livestock and poultry. It can also be used as a feed additive for pigs to promote weight gain and improve feed conversion rates. Erythromycin enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kitIt has the characteristics of convenience, speed, and sensitivity, and is suitable for on-site large-scale sample testing.
Detection steps

Please refer to the product manual for details
keep in storage
The reagent kit should be stored at 2-8 ℃ and should not be frozen. It has a shelf life of 1 year.
The unused enzyme labeled Flat noodles should be sealed and stored at 2~8 ℃; Do not expose Flat noodles to damp.
precautions
Before using the reagent kit, carefully read the instructions.
Do not use expired reagent kits, and do not mix reagents from different batch numbers of reagent kits.
Before using the reagent kit, the components inside the kit need to be placed on the experimental bench and restored to room temperature (25 ± 2 ℃) (note: about 2 hours).
Avoid using metallic substances to contain and stir reagents.
Please shake each reagent well before use, and avoid bubbles when mixing.
If substrate A and substrate B have turned blue before use or immediately after mixing, it indicates that the reagent has deteriorated.
The time for each step of adding sample solution, antibody working solution, AB mixture, and termination solution into the plate hole shall not exceed 3 minutes.
During testing, air flow above the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate should be minimized as much as possible.
The termination solution contains strong acid substances. If accidentally splashed on the skin or clothing, please rinse immediately with water.
The gun head used during the testing process must not be reused.
