Introduction to exhaust gas purification equipment for shaping machines

1、 Double stage electrostatic purification equipment

The two-stage electrostatic purifier designed by our company changes the previous single electrostatic mode and adopts a two-stage electrostatic structure. After a large amount of oil fume is filtered by the first stage electrostatic filter, the exhaust gas is further treated by the second stage electrostatic treatment, which can better capture fine dust and oil droplets in the exhaust gas. Fine dust and relatively dry oil droplets are difficult to capture due to their high specific resistance. After passing through the first level static electricity and staying for a few seconds of charging time, they can be well captured after entering the second electric field, achieving a good effect on chimney emissions.

1、 Explanation of the principle of electrostatic working process

1)Cooling system

The high-temperature exhaust gas from the shaping machine is collected by the main air duct and pressure is generated through the air collection box. The dust, fabric dust, fabric fluff and other particles in the high-temperature exhaust gas are captured by the filter screen in front of the condenser. The high-temperature exhaust gas enters the condenser (equipped with a corresponding flow rate cooling tower) for cooling and cooling, and then becomes semi liquid oil-water particles that enter the two-stage electrostatic system.

2)Dual stage electrostatic system

After cooling, the exhaust gas enters the electrostatic exhaust gas purifier. When the exhaust gas flows uniformly from bottom to top through the anode tube bundle, the water vapor and oil vapor in the exhaust gas condense into water mist and oil mist, respectively; At the same time, under the action of an electric field, submicron sized oil mist and water mist particles are charged in the electric field. After being charged, the oil mist and water mist droplets are directed towards the pipe wall and captured by the electric field force. Under the action of gravity, they flow downwards into the bottom of the equipment through the pipe wall. The waste oil is separated by an oil-water splitter and reused. At the same time, due to the action of a high-voltage electric field, various organic molecules will be ionized to form charged ions, and the chemical bonds of organic compounds will be broken or carbonized. At this point, the unpleasant and irritating odor of the exhaust gas will also be eliminated. After purification and deodorization, the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe at the top of the equipment and into the chimney through a fan, thus achieving true standard emissions.

3)Oil water separation system

The purified oil-water is separated by a specially designed oil-water separator to prevent secondary pollution and effectively recover waste oil, achieving environmental protection requirements, improving economic efficiency, and reducing operating costs.

4)Emission system integration

The main fan determines the emission amount through a frequency converter based on the size of the incoming smoke and emissions, and emits through the chimney, truly achieving the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.

5)Security protection system

On the electrostatic exhaust gas purifier and its front pipeline, there are corresponding automatic and manual valves, as well as temperature instruments that can provide power signals and set temperature limits. When a fire occurs in the pipeline, the exhaust gas temperature will rise to the set upper limit. The system will automatically close the pneumatic butterfly valve in front of the electrostatic exhaust gas purifier, open the exhaust gas direct discharge flue valve to relieve pressure, and at the same time open the steam pipeline valve to spray steam into the exhaust gas electrostatic purifier or the flue gas pipeline, achieving automatic alarm and rapid fire extinguishing functions, and minimizing the occurrence of fires.

6)Intelligent control system

The system can set two operation modes, local and remote, with cabinet panel buttons and remote touch screen as two operation ends. The two operation modes are mutually locked, which can fully prevent operational confusion caused by conflicting operation instructions and ensure safe and reliable operation. Manual in remote operation mode/Automatic mode is optional. In automatic mode, the device can independently determine the opening status of the user's shaping machine, intelligently select the optimal operating mode of the purification equipment based on the actual number of shaping machines opened, and automatically adjust the operating status of high-voltage power supply, air door, fire valve, fan, water pump, etc., without the need for personnel operation throughout the process.
