Product principle:

Dust collector: The dust collector operates under negative pressure, and the dusty gas enters the box through the inlet. Due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and the effect of the airflow distribution plate. Part of the particles in the airflow settle in the ash hopper under the action of inertia force: under the negative pressure inside the folded filter material, the gas passes through the filter material and enters the clean air chamber, and is discharged from the air outlet through the fan. Fine and low-density dust particles enter the dust chamber and undergo a combination of Brownian diffusion and screening effects. Make the dust deposit on the surface of the filter material. As the dust accumulates on the surface of the filter material, the resistance of the dust collector increases with the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. Clean the dust when the resistance reaches a certain specified value. At this time, the time pulse valve can also be set to open, and compressed air flows into the filter cartridge at high speed in a short period of time. This causes the filter cartridge to expand and deform, generating vibration. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust removal is completed, the dust collector returns to the filtering state and resumes low resistance operation.
