Suitable for various processes and chemical heat treatments such as non oxidation heating, tempering heating, isothermal quenching cooling, local quenching, isothermal quenching, etc. for railway locomotives, ball mill liners, steel balls, crusher hammer heads, and various metal mechanical parts made of wear-resistant materials made of austenitic materials.
The external heating type nitrate furnace salt bath furnace consists of a furnace body, stainless steel crucible, electric heating element, and automatic temperature control cabinet. Various processes such as quenching, tempering heating, isothermal quenching cooling, and liquid chemical heat treatment are carried out using nitrate. The furnace body is welded from steel sections and steel plates, and the furnace surface is made of cold-rolled steel plates. The furnace lining is made of energy-saving ultra lightweight high-strength refractory bricks, with aluminum silicate fibers sandwiched in between. The insulation expansion powder is filled between the furnace lining and the furnace shell. The entire structure is a standard energy-saving furnace lining, and the resistance wire is wound into a spiral shape using a thicker diameter high-temperature resistance wire according to the uniform temperature cloth method. It is placed on the wire support brick of the furnace lining. The wire support brick adopts a front upward 20 ° anti drop brick, and the resistance wire is not easy to fall out. The crucible is made of heat-resistant stainless steel plate welded tightly. Install a stirring motor on one side of the crucible, and form a porous guide hole at the bottom of the crucible. Through the stirring system, the salt solution is quickly circulated up, down, left, and right to achieve uniform temperature at any point inside the salt solution. The nitrate furnace can be used in conjunction with an automatic temperature control cabinet to quickly cool the quenched workpiece to any process temperature required for isothermal quenching in a short period of time.

Salt bath furnace can be used for quenching, annealing, tempering, cyanide treatment, aging and other heat treatment heating of carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, mold steel, aluminum alloy, etc. It can also be used for low oxidation heating during precision forging of steel. The steam of the heating medium in the salt bath furnace is harmful to the human body and must be ventilated during use.
