Product Introduction

• The F4-72 fiberglass centrifugal fan is made of fiberglass composite material based on the performance parameters of the metal 4-72 fan. This series of fans can transport corrosive gases containing acidic, alkaline, and chemical components. The transported gas is not allowed to contain viscous substances, dust and hard particles ≤ 150mg/m3, gas temperature ≤ 60 ℃, and relative humidity ≤ 100% This series of fans has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, resistance to aging, good corrosion resistance, low noise, and smooth operation. It is an ideal universal anti-corrosion fan. This series of fans is widely used in places containing corrosive gases such as chemical, electroplating, oxidation, power plants, laboratories, circuit boards, and environmental protection equipment.

  The BF4-72 fiberglass explosion-proof centrifugal fan is made by configuring EXdI or EXdII Class A and B explosion-proof isolation motors according to the customer's usage conditions It can transport flammable and explosive volatile gases containing methane, ethane, propane, styrene, toluene, xylene, carbon monoxide, acetic acid, kerosene, gasoline, furan, etc. Its performance parameters and installation dimensions are consistent with the F4-72 fiberglass centrifugal fan. (B) The F4-72 (Type C) fiberglass centrifugal fan uses a water-cooled or oil cooled impeller driven by a motor through a corner belt. Its benefits include reducing the corrosion of the motor, reducing speed, and lowering motor load, thereby increasing the service life of the fan.
