The internal cavity of the machine is cylindrical and divided into two parts: the lower part is the intake chamber, with the main bearing seat installed at the center of the interior. The upper part is divided into a crushing chamber and a grading chamber by a diversion ring; The crushing chamber is composed of a crushing disc and a gear ring, used to crush materials into fine powder. The grading chamber is composed of a grading impeller, which can divide the fine powder into qualified fine powder and unqualified coarse powder. The qualified fine powder is sucked out of the machine through a pipeline and collected into finished products by a cyclone collector; The machine is mainly composed of a main unit, feeding device, discharge pipe, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, high-pressure fan, and electric control cabinet.
This ultrafine crusher has the following characteristics:
