Operation Method:

1. Before measuring moisture, hold the instrument (with the probe not in contact with the object being measured) and turn on the switch (turn the switch to ON). The digital display should be within ± 00.5. If it is not within this range, slowly turn the zero adjustment knob to make the digital display within ± 00.5.

2. After adjusting the zero position of the instrument, the moisture content can be measured. Insert the probe into the tested edible mushroom, and the reading at this time is the actual moisture content of the tested item.
