The FFC series toothed claw crusher, also known as the toothed rod crusher, is mainly composed of a feeding hopper, a body, a rotor disk, a screen, a stator disk, a discharge port, and other parts. It is mainly used for fine particle crushing of low hardness materials in industries such as grain, chemical, and pharmaceutical; The main spindle of the host is equipped with a rotor disk, and the crushing chamber is equipped with a stator disk. Both the rotor disk and the stator disk are equipped with different teeth arranged in a certain pattern. When the main spindle runs at high speed, it drives the rotor disk to run at high speed, and the material is thrown into the gap between the teeth. Under the comprehensive effects of mutual impact, shear, friction, etc. between the material and the teeth or between the materials, it is first crushed. The crushed material is continuously and rapidly crushed along the outer edge of the rotor by the air flow, under the continuous impact, collision, and rubbing of the teeth plate and screen plate; This machine is equipped with a sieve. When the material is crushed to a diameter smaller than the sieve hole, it quickly passes through the sieve hole due to the centrifugal force and gravity of the rotor, and falls into the discharge port below. The coarse material continues to be crushed until it passes through the sieve and becomes the finished product. The particle size is determined by replacing the sieve with different mesh sizes, and the sieve aperture can be selected between 0.3-8mm.

The shell material of this machine is divided into two types, one is cast steel type, with a maximum model of FFC-600, and the other is steel structure type, with a maximum model of FFC-1200.
