FL seriesBoiling granulation dryerIt is a widely used granulation and drying equipment internationally, which integrates mixing, granulation, and drying in one closed container (i.e. one-step granulator). Suitable for mixing, granulation, and drying powdered materials. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry and other fields.
All parts in contact with the material in the FL series boiling granulation dryer are made of stainless steel, sealed with silicone rubber inflatable sealing rings, and controlled by a two flow spray gun for particle size. Mixing, granulation, and drying are all completed in the same sealed container, which operates quickly and efficiently, while avoiding dust flying, leakage, and pollution. The FL series boiling granulation dryer has a beautiful appearance, low air resistance, no dead corners, easy cleaning, and meets GMP requirements.
Working principle
The material powder particles are in a circular fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed), and are preheated and mixed by purified heated air. The adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed in, causing several particles to aggregate into clusters containing adhesive. Due to the continuous drying of the material by the hot air, the moisture in the clusters evaporates, and the adhesive solidifies. This process is repeated continuously to form ideal and uniform multi microporous spherical particles.

The material contact part of the FL series boiling granulation dryer is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The thermal energy of the granulator is divided into steam heating and electric heating, and the control part is divided into ordinary type and computer type, which users can choose from.
