The working principle of the FG series positive and negative pole airflow dryer is to divide the drying of wet materials into two steps. The raw materials are first subjected to a first stage positive pressure drying using a mixture of exhaust gas from the second stage drying and a radiator. The low-temperature and high humidity exhaust gas after use is discharged outside the machine. The dried semi-finished products are subjected to a second stage negative pressure drying using fresh hot air, and the finished products are measured and packaged. The used high-temperature and low humidity exhaust gas is used for primary drying, thus completing a good cycle drying process. The amount of supplementary hot air can be adjusted as needed, making the machine widely applicable.
Product features:
In the cyclone dryer, the airflow carries materials from the tangential direction and forms a spiral motion along the inner wall. The materials are evenly distributed and rotated in the airflow, enhancing the drying process. Any airflow dryer that can be used can adapt, especially for water increasing, small particle, non crushing, and heat sensitive materials. Depending on the material characteristics, pulse bag dust removal or water foam dust removal can be used for dust recovery, with a recovery rate of up to 99.99%.

The products that have been dried in this series for civil aviation include starch, glucose, fish meal, sugar, cane sugar, distiller's grains, beverages, gluten, plastic resin, coal powder, dyes, etc.
