Basic purpose

This device is mainly designed for labeling cardboard boxes of various specifications, and is compatible with labeling flat objects with a wide range of specifications such as books, folders, boxes, and cardboard boxes.

Optional coding machine or inkjet printer can be installed on the label head to print production date, batch number, and barcode printing information on the label.

working process

Core working principle: The sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. After the signal is processed by the PLC, the label is sent out at the appropriate time to be attached to the set position of the product. The product flows through the labeling device, and the label is firmly covered, completing the labeling action of one label. Operation process: Product placement (automatic unloading of cardboard boxes) ->Product conveying (automatic implementation) ->Product correction (automatic implementation) ->Product detection (automatic implementation) ->Labeling (automatic implementation) ->Labeling (automatic implementation) ->Collecting labeled products.

Technical Parameter

Requirements for label production：

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the base paper;

3. The label backing paper is made of Grassin material, which has good toughness and prevents tearing (to avoid cutting the backing paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm, arranged in a single row.
