Roller linear slide rail
The three-axis rail adopts a unique roller type linear sliding rail, which is twice as rigid as the general steel ball type in terms of rigidity. High precision ball screw

Knife arm type knife magazine

direct connection
The spindle motor of this machine is connected to the spindle pulley through a special high-speed circular arc toothed belt to complete the main transmission system. To reduce belt slippage and ensure smooth speed ratio transmission, the main shaft adopts P4 grade angular ball bearings. Through engineering calculation and analysis, the optimal span configuration has been obtained to ensure maximum axial rigidity, radial rigidity, and machining accuracy. Standard speed 8000 rpm, optional 12000rpm.

Screw type chip removal
The chip removal screw is installed in the center of the water tank and can transport chips out.
