Product Introduction:

The Laoshan Electronic FS-2 Integrated Temperature, Pressure, and Current Measurement Device is a temperature, pressure, and current measurement device independently developed and produced by Qingdao Laoshan Electronic Instrument Factory. Its structure mainly includes micro differential pressure transmitter, static pressure sensor, thermistor (or thermocouple), pitot tube, blowback solenoid valve, temperature and pressure compensation, etc. The measurement principle is as follows: the traditional pitot tube measurement method is used for the primary pressure sensing element. After correct installation, the full pressure and back pressure sensing tubes of the pitot tube transmit the detected dynamic pressure and static pressure to the differential pressure transmitter. The differential pressure transmitter converts the difference between dynamic pressure and static pressure into a 4-20mA square root proportional current and transmits it to the data acquisition module of the distribution box. The computer in the CEMS cabinet processes the data.

The inner and outer surfaces of the FS-2 temperature pressure flow integrated machine skin tube have been specially treated to effectively prevent smoke corrosion and reduce dust adhesion. The blowback solenoid valve is mainly used for system blowback during the measurement of dirty gases (such as flue gas emitted from boilers): when the probe detects adhesion or accumulation of dust and dirt in the detection hole, the solenoid valve is opened at a fixed time or according to a predetermined program, and compressed air is simultaneously connected to two pressure pipes for blowing operation. During normal measurement, the solenoid valve is in a closed state.
