Product Introduction

FSB single-stage single suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump (referred to as FSB centrifugal pump) is the first generation fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump product produced domestically. The dynamic seal adopts advanced external PTFE corrugated tube mechanical seal, which has multiple layers of protection and extends the service life of the mechanical seal. For conveying media containing impurity particles, it can be equipped with a single end hard to hard (silicon carbide to silicon carbide) mechanical seal without cooling water. Therefore, when selecting, users need to consider the solid content in the medium. Actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.
The FSB fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump produced by our company has absorbed mature new technologies, materials, and processes for fluoroplastic centrifugal pump production at home and abroad, successfully solving the technical problems of easy damage to pump covers, impellers, mechanical seals, and other components of fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps in China. All overcurrent components in this series of products are manufactured using fluoroplastic alloy compression molding technology. The shaft seal adopts advanced external corrugated tube mechanical seal, and the wear-resistant sealing surface is available in silicon carbide, ceramic, PTFE, and hard alloy. This series of products has the advantages of compact structure, easy operation, and low price. There are FSB long bracket series and FSB-D short bracket (direct connection) series for users to choose from. If the requirements for corrosion resistance and temperature resistance are not high, UHB series centrifugal pumps made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material can also be selected. FSB series centrifugal pumps have been tested for continuous production for a long time and have been favored by customers since their production for 20 years. FSB fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pumps are widely used in the transportation of corrosive media in chemical production, chlorine water, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes in ion membrane caustic soda projects (most of the pumps used in ion membrane caustic soda projects in China currently use our company's products), electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal smelting, acid washing processes in automobile manufacturing and thin plate and strip steel production lines, as well as in many industries such as pharmaceuticals, petroleum, power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, textiles, etc. They can transport strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reducing agent, etc. of any concentration for a long time without damage. Applicable temperature:- 20 ℃ to 100 ℃.
