1. FSJB pump is a new type of leak free fluorine alloy corrosion-resistant pump designed and successfully developed by our water pump design institute and Shenyang Water Pump Research Institute. It is manufactured using Jiangsu Province DBJ/3210J67-88 standard and special pump technology. This pump is suitable for long-term transportation of any medium acid, oxidant, and corrosive medium of any concentration under the conditions of -85 ℃~200 ℃. It adopts the Q/321282JHN01-1998 standard. Widely used in industries such as starch, filter press slurry liquid, chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, electricity, food, etc. 2. This pump is a replacement product of magnetic drive pumps, with a usage time 6-8 times longer than magnetic drive pumps, overcoming the advantages of magnetic drive pumps that cannot work for a long time, have many vulnerable parts, and are difficult to repair before normal use. 3. The overcurrent section is entirely made of fluorine alloy (various fluorine materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethylene propylene are molded and processed with reasonable formulas), which has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, and no toxin decomposition. (If conveying fast hard crystallization media, it is necessary to inform our factory in order to select different types of machine seals and corresponding speeds) 4. The production, manufacturing, and acceptance specifications of FSJB series products strictly comply with relevant standards and regulations, and have been tested on a test bench. The record is pending investigation. The mechanical seal is jointly manufactured by the British company Glan Pangen and China. The mechanical seal adopts a negative pressure device and does not withstand working pressure under long-term medium transportation. Its performance is very reliable, easy to maintain, energy-saving, and effectively solves the leakage problem, filling the domestic gap.
