When the manhole cover sensor detects that someone is flipping the manhole cover or groundwater is infiltrating, it will report the inclination angle of the manhole cover and water overflow alarm information to the base station in real time. The data will be transmitted to the municipal manhole cover management system server through the transmission network. After the management personnel see the alarm information, they will send people to handle it in a timely manner, thus achieving the goal of intelligent and rapid management of municipal manhole covers.
