Equipment working principle
The classifier, cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan form a classification system. Under the suction force of the fan, the material moves at high speed from the lower inlet of the classifier to the classification zone along with the rising airflow. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator or dust collector through the gap between the classification wheel blades. The coarse particles carry some of the fine particles and their velocity disappears after hitting the wall. They descend along the cylinder wall to the secondary air outlet and are separated by the strong washing effect of the secondary air. The fine particles rise to the secondary classification zone for secondary classification, and the coarse particles descend to the discharge port for discharge.
Equipment advantages
Suitable for fine grading of dry process micrometer level products, it can grade spherical, flake, needle shaped particles, and can also grade particles of different densities.
The particle size of graded products can reach D97:2-45 microns, with infinitely adjustable particle size and extremely convenient variety replacement.
The classification efficiency (extraction rate) is 60% to 80%. Materials with good fluidity have higher classification efficiency, while those with poor fluidity have lower efficiency.
Adopting a horizontal graded turbine device with high speed and accurate vertex cutting.
It can be used in series with grinding equipment such as ball mills, vibration mills, and Raymond mills to form a closed-loop system.
The control system adopts PLC automatic control, with real-time display of operating status and easy operation.
The system operates under negative pressure, with dust emissions not exceeding 40mg/m3, and equipment noise levels not exceeding 75dB (A) through sound insulation measures.
