The FX series granule quantitative filling machine is a machine specially designed and produced by our factory for quantitative filling of granular products or dry powder products. Users can adjust the filling quality (quantity) and filling speed at any time within the adjustable range of the model, so the machine is widely used and is suitable for particle filling in various industries such as food, medicine, and chemical industry!

Configuration Description

1. Using a single-phase (220V) adjustable speed motor with a ratchet reduction mechanism for transmission;

2. All parts that come into contact with the filled products are made of "304" or "316" stainless steel that meets food hygiene standards (standard models use 304 material).

Debugging programs and methods

1. When the machine is powered on, it is in standby mode.

2. When it is necessary to change the filling amount, the height of the measuring cup can be adjusted. When adjusting, it is necessary to slowly adjust while the machine is turned on. Do not adjust when the machine is stationary to prevent the measuring cup from getting stuck.

3. After pressing the "start" green button, the machine starts to operate. At this time, the filling speed can be adjusted according to actual requirements or the operator's proficiency level. The method is to turn the knob below the green button on the front door of the machine (clockwise is fast, otherwise it is slow), and (wait) press the red button on the machine.

4. When adjusting the gap between the bottom of the hopper and the measuring cup turntable, you can loosen the four M8 hexagon bolts behind the hopper bracket, lift the hopper and bracket with force, place an object with the same thickness as the required gap between the hopper and turntable, gently lower the hopper and bracket, lock the bolts behind the bracket, and then extract the object placed between the hopper and turntable.

5. After all adjustments are completed, in standby mode, remove the lid above the hopper, pour in the filled items, then cover the hopper lid, and follow "3" of this instruction to start or stop the machine. When the bottom of the bag or bottle that needs to be filled and the height of the work platform are not suitable, adjust the height of the feeding work platform so that the bottle can be freely placed and just catch the material falling from the funnel.

6. Lubricate the two joint bearings on the transmission connecting rod inside the machine base (box) once a month with lithium based grease, using the method of friction coating. The bearing seat under the workstation turntable has been filled with sufficient lubricating oil before leaving the factory, so no lubrication is required during use.

Common faults and troubleshooting

1. The gap between the hopper and the turntable is too small, causing jamming, insufficient filling volume of the measuring cup, or friction noise. The gap needs to be adjusted;

2. Unable to start the motor, check the fuse and related circuits;

3. The motor starts, but the operation is difficult: the speed adjustment is too low, and the speed should be increased;

4. Abnormal sound, check if all fasteners are loose.
