The FX1002 paperless recorder displays measurement data in real-time on a color LCD screen and can save data on a CF card. DC voltage input, thermistor input, thermocouple input, and switch input can be set arbitrarily in each channel. FX1000 has 6 models including 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 channel types. By using standard software, the data in the CF card can be displayed as waveforms, numbers, etc., and can also be printed out. It can also be converted to Lotus 1-2-3, Excel, or ASCII format. Modbus/TCP and DAQLOGGER software can also be optionally used for real-time communication with the computer.
Widely used in temperature management of aluminum casting manufacturing, sterilization engineering management of drugs/food (collection of sterilization data), data display and recording of environmental testing equipment, management of wire wrapping process (collection of wire temperature and outer diameter data), vacuum gauge recording, temperature and pressure management of tire manufacturing (sulfurization process).
