1、 Overview
FZB self-priming pump is a new type of fluoroplastic synthetic corrosion-resistant series product designed according to the requirements of users in the chemical industry. The pump adopts an external mixed self-priming structure. Before the first start, the pump body solution needs to be filled into the pump body, and frequent starts in the future do not require injection of water or pumping of vacuum. It is easy to operate, safe and convenient. Truly achieved one-time drainage and lifelong self-priming.
2、 Characteristics
The FZB type fluoroplastic reinforced alloy self-priming pump produced by our company is made entirely of fluorine alloy (various fluorine materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroethylene propylene have been reasonably formulated) through compression molding and processing in the overcurrent section. It has strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, anti-aging, and non-toxic decomposition advantages, and is suitable for long-term transportation of any concentration of any medium at temperatures ranging from -85 to 200 ℃, including acids, oxidants, and corrosive media (excluding fast hard crystalline media).
