2、 Working principle and characteristics

The internal and external heating low-temperature vacuum drying oven utilizes a Roots vacuum unit (Roots water ring or Roots oil-free vacuum unit) for dehumidification and air extraction, rapidly forming a high vacuum in the working chamber and reducing the boiling point of water at low temperatures, thereby accelerating the drying speed; The heat can be fully utilized, and there are no impurities mixed in during the drying process. It belongs to static vacuum drying, so it will not cause damage to the shape of the dried material and meets the requirements of "GMP".

The box adopts a plate heat exchanger (or tube heat exchanger) and a jacket heating on the inner wall to prevent water vapor from liquefying and dripping into the medicine when it encounters the cold plate, and to avoid unnecessary secondary evaporation of condensed water, greatly increasing the drying efficiency. The temperature of the plate heat exchanger and jacket heating are independently controlled.
