FastDNA ® The Spin Kit for Soil is used to extract genomic DNA from spores and spores of all organisms in soil, including bacteria, yeast, fungi, algae, nematodes, and even true bacteria. And it can also extract DNA from other environmental samples, such as sediments, excreta, wastewater, snow water, etc. Only 500mg of sample is needed to obtain sufficient DNA. The experimental principle is to treat the sample with a special cracking medium E, and then use a spin filter based on the principle of silicon adsorption of DNA in GENECLEAN ® The purified DNA can be used for PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, electrophoresis, and other downstream experiments.
