Fat analyzer (Soxhlet extractor) product introduction:

The Italian VELP fat analyzer (also known as the Soxhlet extractor) uses Randall technology and can be used for solid or semi-solid samples. The two-stage solvent recovery equipment reduces air pollution, simplifies manual operations, shortens extraction time, greatly improves solvent recovery rate, and ensures operational safety. The equipment includes a cooling water leakage alarm safety device. The dual temperature control microprocessor program controls 29 optional working programs, with two display segments indicating actual temperature and remaining working time. The SER148/6 fat analyzer complies with CEI EN 60529 requirements and meets IP55 protection requirements. Meets GLP requirements and can print or save extraction process data.

Determination of soluble organic compounds in feed, food, cleaning agents, polymers, pharmaceuticals, petrochemical products, fiber products, soil, sludge and other substances

For example:
1. Quickly and safely determine the fat content in food, feed, grains, and seeds.
2. Extract oil and fat from wastewater and sludge.
3. Extract semi volatile organic compounds, insecticides, herbicides, etc. from soil.
4. Extract plasticizers from plastics, rosin from paper and cardboard, and oils from leather.
5. Pre digestion of solid samples for gas and liquid chromatography.

Instrument features:

Each batch can process 6 samples, and the entire digestion and extraction process is divided into three steps, using solvent recovery technology to shorten the extraction time* In the step, the sample is directly immersed in the solvent for extraction. In the second step, the sample is removed from the solvent and refluxed for rinsing. Through the third step of distillation, the organic solvent is recovered.
