1、 Overview:
Fiber bundle filter is a pressure fiber filter with advanced structure and excellent performance. It adopts a new type of bundled soft packing fiber as the filter element, with a filter material diameter of tens or even several micrometers, and has the advantages of large specific surface area and low filtration resistance, solving the problem of limited filtration accuracy of granular filter material due to the particle size of the filter material. The small diameter of the filter material greatly increases the specific surface area and surface free energy of the filter material, increases the contact opportunities between impurity particles in water and the filter material, and enhances the adsorption capacity of the filter material, thereby improving the filtration efficiency and pollutant interception ability.
2、 Working principle:
The fiber bundle filter eliminates the "bag filling water" system and consists of a fixed porous plate, a movable porous plate, fiber bundle filter material, and a gas distribution device. The movable porous plate can move up and down. During filtration, under the action of hydraulic pressure, the gaps in the filter material along the direction of water flow gradually decrease, and the fiber density increases, forming an ideal filtration layer. The filtration process includes both vertical and horizontal deep filtration, effectively improving the filtration accuracy and speed; During cleaning, the fiber bundles are made loose. At the same time, the method of air-water washing is used. During the process of bubble aggregation and hydraulic flushing, the fiber bundles are constantly shaking. Under the action of hydraulic and rising bubbles, the filter material is backwashed to regenerate it.
3、 Characteristics:
1. High filtration accuracy: The removal rate of suspended solids in water is as high as 100%. When the turbidity of natural water is 20NTU after good coagulation treatment, the turbidity of the filtered water can be controlled below 2NTU.
2. Fast filtration speed: usually 30m/h, which is 3-5 times faster than traditional filters, and can reach up to 50 m/h.
3. Large interception capacity: generally 5-10kg/m3, which is 2-4 times that of traditional filters.
4. Strong adjustability: parameters such as filtration accuracy, interception capacity, and filtration resistance can be adjusted as needed.
5. Small footprint: To produce the same amount of water, the footprint is only 1/3 to 1/2 of that of traditional filters.
6. Low cost per ton of water: The cost per ton of water is lower than that of traditional filters.
7. Low water consumption for backwashing: only 1-3% of the periodic water production, and in general, raw water can be used for upward flushing.
8. Long service life: The equipment does not need to replace the filter element. After the filter element is contaminated, it can be easily cleaned to restore its filtering performance. The service life of the filter element is not less than 10 years.
