A semi-automatic cultivation and separation instrument used for quantitative analysis of dietary fiber content in food, cereal products, fruits and vegetables, healthy foods, feed, and plants.
Features and advantages:
- You can freely choose the determination methods for AOAC, AACC, HMKL, and Asp.
- Total dietary fiber, soluble dietary fiber, and insoluble dietary fiber can be measured.
- Simultaneously processing 6 samples, fast speed.
- Specially designed culture bottles.
- Good cultivation and separation efficiency.
- Good reproducibility, with a standard deviation of less than 0.5%.
- Easy to operate.
- Save time, space, and labor.
System Introduction:
Fibertec TME is used for rapid and rational analysis of dietary fiber based on enzymatic hydrolysis.
Fibertec E can prepare samples for detailed studies of different fiber parts using chromatography and spectrophotometry techniques.
The basic components of the instrument include an oscillating water bath and a complete cultivation and filtration system. The oscillating water bath can cultivate 12 samples at a time, with a temperature range from room temperature to 80 degrees Celsius, and can pre-set 3 temperatures. The vibration speed and amplitude can be continuously adjusted.
The specially designed built-in "positive pressure" and "negative pressure" devices ensure rapid sample filtration and prevent sample cake formation. The filtration capacity varies depending on the type of sample, but on average, it can be filtered out within 2-4 minutes for every 100 milliliters of digestive fluid.
