YLB Fluorinated Plastic Filter Press Special Pump
Main features of YLB filter press dedicated pump:
The product materials include fluoroplastic alloy, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, reinforced polypropylene, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, American scale 316 and 316L, and Japanese scale SUS304 SUS304L， Monel, Hastelloy, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloys, etc.
The YLB negative pressure device filter press special pump mechanical seal adopts a negative pressure device to transport liquids for a long time under the condition of increasing pressure and gradually decreasing flow rate. The mechanical seal does not withstand working pressure, ensuring that the mechanical seal never leaks. It is an ideal equipment for building a civilized factory.
Its rated performance points and dimensions adopt the international standard ISO2858-1975 (E), which is a replacement for enamel pumps, ceramic pumps, lining pumps, fluorine alloy pumps, F-type corrosion-resistant pumps, and IH chemical centrifugal pumps. It can meet the requirements of conveying various corrosive liquid slurries with particles and viscosity at temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to 180 ℃ in the filter press process.
Performance Range and Model Description: Flow Range 6.3-200m3/h, Head 5-125m.
Users can choose the corresponding sealing structure according to different media conditions. This pump can not only be used under special conditions of the filter press, but also meet the transportation of acid and alkali solvents under various working conditions.
Warning: Pumps that require cooling water sealing devices must be filled with cooling water before starting up. The general filling pressure is 0.1-0.3Mpa, and the cooling water should be sealed after blocking the motor power supply.
