1、 Overview

The anti blocking sampler is mainly used in the power and petrochemical industries, and can be used to measure wind pressure related to mud, flour, metal particles, etc. Its main functions are twofold

1. Protect the transmitter. Prevent impurities (particles, dust) in the measured air from entering the instrument tube and blocking the transmitter.

2. Improve measurement effectiveness. The anti blocking sampler is equipped with an anti blocking layer, which can provide some damping effect on the incoming wind and prevent the wind from directly entering the transmitter, resulting in large fluctuations in the output value

2、 Installation method

The three-layer anti blocking mechanism built into the anti blocking sampler uses physical principles to block impurities in the pipeline, so it must be installed vertically. For situations where space is limited, the bottom of the sampler can be extended or welded with an angled inclined pipe during production to facilitate installation. The anti blocking sampler that can be installed normally only needs to make a hole above the pipeline and weld the flange base onto it. During installation, simply connect the flanges to each other.
