Flexible welding workbench refers to a workbench designed for welding small welding parts. The surface of a flexible welding workbench generally has T-shaped grooves or holes for easy use. The material of the welding platform is generally HT200 or HT250, which account for more than 98% of the welding platform material. They can meet the requirements of welding workpieces and are relatively inexpensive. Both the tensile strength, hardness, and degree of the welding platform can meet the welding requirements.

Flexible welding worktable blank casting is divided into resin sand casting and cement sand casting. Large cast iron parts generally use these two casting methods, both of which are lost foam casting. For large batches with relatively small castings, wood mold solid casting is generally used. Resin sand casting is more commonly used for large machine tool castings and welding platform castings, and its price is higher than that of cement sand casting. 80% of welding platforms use cement sand casting for casting castings, which can meet the technical requirements of welding platforms and reduce the manufacturing cost of welding platforms. This is the process flow used by most manufacturers when manufacturing welding platforms.

The heat treatment of the welding workbench is fundamental to the flatness without deformation. The quality of the welding platform and whether the heat treatment is qualified are one of the parameters for evaluating the quality of the welding platform. The heat treatment of the welding platform blank shall comply with the standard GB/T5614-1985, and shall meet the standard requirements regardless of time and temperature.

The working surface of the welding workbench is designed according to customer requirements. Generally, the precision requirements for the working surface of the welding platform are not high, and the precision of the working surface refers to the welding platform standard GB/T 22095-2008.

The size of the T-groove on the welding workbench is designed according to customer needs. When the workpiece to be welded is large and heavy, the opening of the T-groove will be larger, in other words, the bolts used to fix the workpiece will be larger, and vice versa. The spacing between the T-grooves is also designed according to the customer's requirements. The technical parameters of the T-groove are designed and processed according to the standard GB/T158-1996. If it is a customer's T-groove standard, it should be designed according to the German standard DIN650-1985.

A multi angle rotary welding worktable is composed of a worktable body, a pedestal, a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder seat, a worm, a worm wheel, and a worktable. The worktable body is conical, with a lower end taper of 90 degrees. The lower end is connected to the pedestal through a shaft, and one end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the cylinder seat through a shaft, while the other end is connected to the lower end of the worktable through a shaft. The worktable body is fixed with a worm, which is connected to the worktable. The operating handle is connected to the worm wheel. This utility model enables the workpiece to be fixed at any position within a 90 degree range in the vertical direction and a 360 degree range in the horizontal direction along the worktable, for easy operation and welding quality.
