working principle:

It mainly consists of an electric motor and a dispersing head, which includes a stator and a rotor. The dispersing head is connected to the motor, which drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. The material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, which fully disperses, emulsifies, and homogenizes the material.
