The overcurrent part of the pump is entirely made of PFA material, which has strong adaptability to corrosive liquids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong oxidants. Due to its excellent thermal shock resistance, self-lubricating properties, and impact resistance. Due to excellent overall performance and smooth operation, it can be used with confidence for a long time in harsh environments ranging from -30 ℃ to 150 ℃. 4、 Easy disassembly and maintenance
Due to the use of fluorine materials for the impeller, pump cover, and shaft sleeve, the weight of the pump is greatly reduced, and the rotor part can be easily and conveniently removed from the pump body. Therefore, disassembly, assembly, and installation can be easily completed. Avoiding the need for careful repair, fear of breakage, and inability to open hands and feet when repairing ferrosilicon pumps.

This series of pumps is a cantilever structure, and can also be installed horizontally using belt pulley transmission according to user needs to adjust flow and head.
The mechanical seal adopts a double end seal, and the static ring is made of imported Hastelloy alloy material. The dynamic ring is flushed with cooling water. Alternatively, an external single end mechanical seal can be used.
1、 Before installation, the foundation dimensions, position, surface condition, and elevation should be checked to ensure they meet the design requirements.
2、 After washing and pouring concrete into the anchor bolt hole, it should solidify for at least 48 hours and recheck the level and verticality of the pump.
3、 The pump and motor are installed on the same axis, with a deviation of no more than 0.2mm.
4、 The connecting pipeline of the pump should be properly supported with brackets, and the pump should not bear the weight of the device.
