Manufacturer: PPM/UK
model: HTV
The HTV type multi parameter formaldehyde detector from PPM company in the UK can directly measure formaldehyde concentration, temperature, and humidity in the air. The PPM HTV model is based on the technology of the old F400 formaldehyde detector and adds a self-developed humidity compensation function. Even in high humidity conditions, the HTV type can accurately measure low concentrations of formaldehyde, with convenient instrument operation and simple calibration.
PPM HTV type is the basic type and can automatically store 10 sets of data. Alternatively, the HTV-m recording type can be selected.
PPM400htv ?specialPoint:
·Not affected by extreme high temperature and humidity environments, with humidity compensation function
·Formaldehyde unit display: ppm or mg/m3 (under standard conditions of 0 ℃ and 1 atmosphere)
·Single key operation, capable of fast sampling and fast recovery time
·The standard configuration includes a formaldehyde calibration source (valid for six months), which can complete the calibration process in just a few seconds. Randomly equip 10 phenol filters to eliminate the influence of phenol on readings
·Select SPC-2 computer remote control software and adapter as accessories to make it a wireless monitoring system
·Obtained ISO 9001:2000 quality certification and meets CE standards

According to NIOSH regulations in the United States, an acceptable measurement method is used to measure formaldehyde concentration of 0.3ppm in an environment with a relative humidity between 25-70%. The acceptable standard for NIOSH is that data results within the 95% confidence interval are within ± 25% of the true value. PPM can meet NIOSH standards. ﹞ |

The PPM HTV model underwent a comprehensive evaluation according to the NIOSH 2016 standard in the United States and obtained the following conclusions:
·There was no significant statistical difference between using PPM HTV type to collect 1-hour cumulative samples and NIOSH method (p=0.15)
·Under testing conditions, based on the area under the ROC curve and 1-hour cumulative sampling, PPM HTV type has similar differential ability in detecting formaldehyde concentration
·The scatter plot and related tests show that PPM HTV type has the same correlation with laboratory chemical methods in 1-hour cumulative sampling
·The average deviation of PPM HTV type is not significantly different from the NIOSH 2016 method deviation
·In sensitivity and specificity testing, PPM HTV type is highly accurate in 1-hour cumulative samples with formaldehyde concentrations exceeding 0.2ppm
PPM400htv ?specialOther accessories
·Formaldehyde calibration source: Using a known concentration formaldehyde calibration tube, the analyzer can be calibrated by temperature and formaldehyde concentration. It can perform 100 calibrations, is easy to operate, and typically has a lifespan of six months.
·Phenol filter: connected to the inlet of the analyzer to remove interfering substances such as phenol and resorcinol.
