Frame type ultraviolet sewage disinfection treatment equipment
Frame type ultraviolet sewage disinfection treatment equipment
Overall technical requirements for open channel ultraviolet disinfection system
(1) This UV disinfection system is an automatic variable output power system that can adjust the output power according to changes in the flow rate and UV light transmittance of the sewage treatment plant. The luminous conversion efficiency of a single lamp tube shall not be less than 40%.
(2) To ensure system stability and disinfection effectiveness, the rated power of the ultraviolet disinfection system's lamp tube shall not be less than 30kw.
(3) The UV disinfection system must ensure; When the peak flow rate and UV transmittance are 65%, the effective UV dose that the system can achieve at the end of the lamp life, that is, the biometric dose of the UV disinfection system, is not less than 16000 μ ws/cm2.
(4) All cables connecting ultraviolet lamps and ballasts must not be exposed to sewage and ultraviolet light, and must have reliable protective measures.
(5) The design of the UV lamp module should take into account the convenience of factory operators in replacing the lamp tubes and quartz sleeves.
(6) The lamp tube is a low-voltage high-intensity ultraviolet lamp, which should use specially made alloy tungsten wire with high melting point, boiling point, and is not easy to evaporate. The lamp tube is preheated to improve its service life. The output power of a single 254nm ultraviolet C light tube is not less than 100W. The guaranteed lifespan of the lamp tube should not be less than 12000 hours.
(7) The UV transmittance of quartz casing shall not be less than 90%, and the wall thickness of the casing shall not be less than 1.5mm. The protection level is IP68.
(8) The entire module bracket should be made of 304 stainless steel and suspended above the sewage in the open channel, without the need for fastening and fixing all UV modules. The entire module bracket is equipped with a shading device to prevent ultraviolet radiation from entering the open channel in case of accidents. When replacing the lamp tube or quartz sleeve, each module should be able to be lifted separately.
(9) Ballast
Power factor of ballast: not less than 0.98. High ambient temperature: 60 ℃. If the ballast encounters any initial failure to start the ultraviolet lamp, it should automatically restart twice. The electronic ballast is controlled by a microprocessor, and each electronic ballast should be able to independently control one ultraviolet lamp tube, providing the working status of each ultraviolet lamp and transmitting information to the data acquisition circuit board of the control system. The internal microprocessor of the electronic ballast can adjust the output power of the ballast based on these external signals, and output ultraviolet light in proportion to the intensity of the input control signal, so that the amount of ultraviolet light can be adjusted linearly and continuously within the range of 50% to 99%, achieving the adjustment of the power supply of the ultraviolet lamp to maintain sufficient sterilization ability and appropriate power consumption.
