Product Introduction:
Vertical stainless steel cold trap, ice collection capacity of 2.5L, water removal capacity of 1.84L/24h, epoxy resin coated steel cabinet;
Two high-capacity fluorine free refrigeration systems with 1/3 horsepower can cool the cold trap temperature down to -80 degrees Celsius;
Automatic sealing of the upper compartment (fluorine free refrigeration system and 1000 watt heater, temperature range automatically adjustable from -55 ℃ to 50 ℃), pre freezing temperature can reach -70 ℃;
The upper compartment of the cover can be fully automated or manually completed from pre freezing to freeze-drying, and a freeze-drying curve can be prepared;
Organic glass windows and doors allow observation of freeze-drying conditions;
One layer partition, size 31.5cm X 36.8cm, standard temperature probe, real-time detection of sample temperature;
Pneumatic capping device, which can be used for vacuum sealing of penicillin bottles and preservation of bacterial strains (without the need for an additional air compressor);
4 external freeze-drying bottle interfaces, and can be heated with hot air;
The LCD display system can display the vacuum degree of the system in mBar, Pa, and Torr, and can be freely switched between the three units;
Vacuum degree can be controlled;
The standard RS232 interface can download data and create freeze-drying curves through software;
Automatic defrosting with hot air;
