The experimental procedure includes:
Plants: Meet your need for rapid extraction of high-quality DNA from a few milligrams to 1.5 grams of plant or fungal samples.
Blood: Nucleic acids can be easily extracted from 5 μ l to 10 ml of fresh or frozen human blood, and even more difficult to process animal blood.
Body fluids: It can automatically extract virus nucleic acids from 200 μ l of body fluids (such as serum and plasma) without manual intervention, fully meeting the needs of large-scale screening.
Organization: Provide a flexible fully automated solution for extracting genomic DNA from 20 mg tissue samples, ensuring yield and purity.
Cell culture: Our automated platform can purify nucleic acids quickly, efficiently, and with high quality from samples containing up to 107 cells.
Bacterial culture: Genomic DNA or plasmids can be extracted from 5 ml of bacterial culture, ensuring high yield and speed.
Food: Nucleic acid can be extracted from 200mg of food or feed, providing high-throughput analysis of plant or animal raw materials for your samples.
