2、 Testing principle:
Friction coefficient: Two thin film materials participating in the experiment are laid flat on the test table, and the other is fixed on a certain weight slider. The two test surfaces are placed flat together, and under a certain contact pressure, the two surfaces are moved relative to each other. The required friction force is recorded, and the measured force is divided by the weight of the slider to obtain the friction coefficient value.
Peel off test: Place the test sample on the standard experimental plate, roll it three times with a standard pressure roller, clamp it on the peeling test machine, and peel off the sample and experimental plate at a 180 ° angle. The force sensor records the force value during the peeling process, and the average force value is divided by the width of the sample to obtain the peeling strength.
