The Frank single valve double tank water softener softening equipment adopts the FLECK fully automatic controller from the United States to control the fully automatic operation of the equipment, and the two flow meters are interlocked with the program control system.
Two tanks and two flow meters interlock system. Two tanks provide water supply service simultaneously. When one of the two flow meters returns to zero, the water softener begins to regenerate. The other water softener will continue to provide water supply service until it returns to zero, and we need to waitthe previous oneAfter the regeneration of the tank is completed (i.e. the flow meter of this tank has also returned to zero), the tank begins to regenerate. When there is a high demand for water, multiple systems can work in parallel.
Exchange reaction is carried out through sodium cation resin. When the raw water enters the fully automatic water softener of Xi'an Penghao Water Treatment Equipment Co., Ltd. through a multi way valve, the calcium and magnesium ions (i.e. hardness) in the raw water will react with the sodium ions in the cation exchange resin, causing the calcium and magnesium ions in the water to be adsorbed by the sodium ions, thus playing a softening role. The chemical reaction formula is [2RNa+Ca2+(Mg2+)=R2Ca (Mg)+2Na+]. When the calcium magnesium type ions (i.e., failed ions) reach a certain degree, the hardness of the effluent increases, and it is necessary to use concentrated sodium chloride solution for regeneration and replacement reaction to restore the ions to the sodium type. The chemical reaction formula is [R2Ca+2Na+=2Rna+Ca2+]. During the reaction process, the Penghao water softener will automatically backwash (loosen the resin to facilitate the reaction between the concentrated salt solution and sodium ions more fully), absorb salt for regeneration, and perform slow cleaning (fully displace the saturated salt solution with sodium ions while performing slow cleaning to remove the hardness in the water), fast flushing, and salt water re injection (to flush out residual hardness and salt content in the water, and inject water into the salt tank to prepare for the next regeneration of the water softener) through the control of the FLECK multi way valve.
