Product Overview
This equipment is mainly composed of a bag packaging machine, a quantitative filling machine for pickled vegetables, a material elevator, and an output device. Workers only need to pour the pickled vegetables into the material elevator and lift them into the inlet of the screw measuring machine. After being mixed and measured by the screw, they enter the six station measuring cup. There is a feeding cylinder to put the pickled vegetables into the packaging bag. Suitable for fully automatic quantitative packaging operations of pickled vegetables such as pickled mustard greens, pickled mustard greens, shiitake mushrooms, dried radish, pickled ginger slices, jellyfish skins, and pickled fish.

1. Easy to operate, using imported PLC control, equipped with touch screen (HMI) human-machine interface control system, easy to operate.
2. Variable frequency speed regulation: This machine uses a variable frequency speed regulation device, which can adjust the speed freely within the specified range.
3. Automatic detection function, such as not opening the bag or opening the bag incompletely, no feeding, no heat sealing, the bag can be reused without wasting materials, saving production costs for users.
4. The safety device will sound an alarm when the working pressure is abnormal or the heating tube malfunctions.
5. Adopting German imported engineering plastic bearings, no need for refueling, reducing material pollution.
6. Use oil-free vacuum pumps to avoid pollution in the production environment.
