Product details

System Characteristics

The full waveform multi-channel rock mass acoustic emission instrument monitors the acoustic emission signals generated when the aquitard rock mass suddenly fractures in real time. By analyzing the acoustic emission signals, it reflects the damage of the aquitard rock mass, which helps to timely detect the precursor information of water inrush and provides technical support for the prevention and early warning of mine water inrush disasters.

The full waveform multi-channel rock acoustic emission instrument adopts a USB 3.0 bus structure, including 27 acoustic emission sensors, 27 signal amplifiers, 27 signal isolators, 27 channel synchronous data acquisition units, and embedded control units. It can achieve synchronous acquisition and transmission of multi-channel acoustic emission signal data, greatly improving the efficiency of acoustic emission data acquisition and transmission, and meeting the huge data volume and real-time requirements of multi-channel acoustic emission monitoring and positioning systems; By using broadband high-sensitivity sensors, the actual frequency range can reach 22Hz~220KHz, and the sampling frequency range can reach 3KHz~2MHz, thus achieving full waveform acquisition of signals; In addition, to address the challenge of fast and accurate positioning of acoustic emission sources, a matching positioning software has been developed, which uses a joint fast 3D positioning algorithm with nested least squares and simplex methods to improve the stability and reliability of the positioning method, achieving real-time positioning and dynamic imaging of acoustic emission sources.
