The fully automatic acid reflux cleaning system UV900 type uses highly corrosive nitric acid during use. The internal cavity structure is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, and the steam nozzle and ultrapure water spray pipeline are made of PFA (PFA plastic is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluoroethylene ether and polytetrafluoroethylene) material, ensuring the corrosion resistance of the machine
Internal cavity structure: Clean the internal cavity of 75L, providing a maximum of 55 cleaning positions, and can clean 55 microwave digestion tanks at a time
• Nitric acid steam cleaning method: Continuously inject ultra pure sub boiling nitric acid steam into the inner surface of the vessel. Using a polytetrafluoroethylene heating plate to heat nitric acid to generate sub boiling vapor, blowing it into the interior of the vessel through a steam duct, and cleaning the vessel with high-temperature and high-purity nitric acid vapor. The nitric acid vapor reacts with ions, condenses, and refluxes. The condensed nitric acid and nitrate liquid flow into the waste liquid pool and wait for the next neutralization treatment
The heating system has accurate temperature control (which can be set in the program) to ensure that the entire cleaning process is carried out in a "sub boiling" state, ensuring sufficient purity of acid vapor and steam generation

Pure water spraying and drying
The organic material spray water pump is used to provide a maximum spray speed of 240L/min, spraying ultrapure water into the interior and exterior of the vessel, consuming 8L of ultrapure water each time, and can spray multiple times
HEPA drying method: Due to the extremely low detection limit of ICP-MS, the dried air is filtered by HEPA and sent into the interior and cavity of the vessel, with a maximum air volume of 55m ³/h
Real time negative pressure exhaust is adopted, and the exhaust duct is equipped with alkaline substance absorption and filtration to reduce environmental pollution
