Machine Introduction

JTFM-1100/1300 Fully automatic vertical high-speed roll laminating machineOur products are designed for roll to roll lamination of water-based adhesives, oil-based adhesives, and pre coated films, with one machine for three purposes. The whole machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation,PLCCentralized control, human-machine interactive interface, can achieve full automation of roll feeding, laminating, and winding. The heating roller adopts a dual electromagnetic heating system and a hot air circulation drying system, which can quickly provide stable temperature, improve film coating speed while ensuring film coating quality and controlling energy consumption. The unwinding section adopts shaftless clamping and hydraulic lifting method, equipped withCCDVisual sensors and correction controllers ensure the neatness of the paper during the unwinding process.
