1、 Overview:

The automatic calorimeter is a multifunctional calorimeter developed using microcontroller technology. It has the advantages of high testing accuracy, stable performance, long-term preservation of system constants and experimental results, and no loss after shutdown. The instrument adopts a liquid crystal display, which is intuitive and easy to operate. Equipped with a printer, the experimental results are clear at a glance. The machine also has strong storage capacity for querying, greatly facilitating operators. The carefully designed calculation program has improved the calculation accuracy, and satisfactory test results can be obtained even without adjusting the inner cylinder water temperature.

The instrument adopts dual probes to simultaneously measure the water temperature of the inner and outer cylinders, saving time for inputting the temperature of the outer cylinder. The perfect combination of controller and host, beautiful, practical, and space saving.

Touch screen

The main interface of the instrument displays functions from left to right, including "Calculation", "Calibration", "Setting", "Raw Material Testing", "Coal Testing", "Query", and "Self check". Simultaneously display the temperature values of the inner and outer barrels. Press the corresponding icon with your finger or stylus to enter the corresponding function interface (be careful not to apply too much force or touch the surface of the display screen with sharp metal objects).

Press the [Calculate] icon (click) to enter the calculation interface. There are four buttons: "Coal High Level", "Raw Material High Level", "Coal Low Level", and "Raw Material Low Level".

Press the "Coal High Level" button, and the system will prompt you to enter the value of Qb. After the user presses the soft keyboard on the bottom of the touch screen or uses the hard keyboard to input the Qb value and presses the "OK" button, the system calculates the results of "dry basis high position" and "analysis basis high position" according to the set values of sulfur, hydrogen, analysis basis moisture, and received basis total moisture, and prints them. Click the "Return" button in the upper right corner to return to the previous menu (if you press the "Return" button again, you will return to the main interface).

Press the "Raw Material High Level" button, with the same function as above.

Press the "Coal Low Level" button, and the system will prompt you to enter the Qb value (both soft and hard keyboards are available). Calculate and print out the three values of "Analysis Base Low Value", "Received Base Low Value", and "Constant Pressure Low Value" based on the corresponding values of sulfur, hydrogen, analysis base moisture, and received base total moisture.

Press the "Raw Material Low Level" button, with the same function as above.

2. Press the [Calibration] button, and the system will prompt you to enter the sample weight value. After pressing the "OK" button, the calibration interface will be displayed. The left window displays the heating curve (in red), while the right window shows the temperature values of the inner and outer cylinders. The time information is displayed at the bottom of the interface. After each calibration, the values of parameters E, K, and A will be displayed. If you want to exit the calibration interface halfway, you can click the back button in the upper right corner and it will automatically drain.

3. Press the [Settings] icon to display four buttons: "Time Settings", "Raw Material Parameters", "Coal Parameters", and "System Parameters". Now it is described as follows:

Press the [Time Setting] button to enter the time setting function, which can be operated using either a soft keyboard or a hard keyboard. The time setting format is YY Confirm MM.DD and click the 'Exit' button to return to the previous menu.

Press the [Raw Material Parameters] button, and the system will prompt you to enter the values of four parameters: sulfur, hydrogen, analytical water, and total moisture. Both soft and hard keyboards can be used, and for each parameter entered, the "OK" key must be pressed, and clicking the "Exit" key will return to the previous menu.

Press the [Coal Parameters] button, and the system will prompt you to enter four parameters: sulfur, hydrogen, analyzed water, and total moisture. The function is the same as above.

Press the [System Parameters] button, and the system prompts you to enter the following parameters. After entering the six digit password 654321, press to confirm. The ignition heat (J), heat capacity (E), water injection time (S), paper wrapping heat (J), system constant (K), ignition level, benzoic acid heat (J), cooling constant (A). Enter parameters using the soft or hard keyboard and click the "Exit" button to return to the previous menu.

4. Press the [Raw Material Test] button to enter the raw material heat generation test interface.

The system automatically injects water according to the set injection time. Then, after 60 seconds of constant volume, the test program will automatically enter. At the 5th minute, the ignition will automatically start, and the temperature rise curve (red) will be displayed in the left window. If the temperature of the inner cylinder does not increase significantly within 1 minute, the system will automatically prompt "ignition failure". Click the 'Exit' button or the 'Confirm' button on the hard keyboard. Return to the main interface and automatically drain.

5. The function of pressing the [Coal Test] button is the same as above.

6. After pressing the [Search] button, the system prompts for the sample number. If it is correct, the corresponding test result will be displayed (with low base values received). Click the 'Exit' button to return to the main interface.

7. Press the [Self check] button to enter the self check interface. Click on the corresponding button to turn on the corresponding function, such as the mixing function. Click off to turn off the corresponding function. Click the 'Exit' button to return to the main interface.

Standard configuration

One oxygenator, one pressure regulator, one oxygen bomb, one bottle of benzoic acid, five stainless steel crucibles, two sets of oxygen bomb sealing gaskets, two rolls of ignition wire, and two rolls of micro printing paper.
