Basic purpose
Suitable for attaching labels or covering bottom labels on blank roll films, such as electronic trademarks (with electronic components as the bottom label and protective film as the front label), widely used in roll film labeling in the electronics and cultural industries. Optional coding or inkjet printers can be used to attach labels to the header, allowing for printing of production date, batch number, and barcode information on the label.

Core working principle: When the sensor detects the area where the film needs to be labeled, it sends a signal back to the labeling control system. After the signal is processed by the PLC, it is sent out at the appropriate time to attach the label to the set position of the product. The film flows through the labeling device, and the label is firmly covered, completing the labeling action of one label.
