3.Product principle

Working principle of Longmen fully automatic optical image measuring instrument: The measured workpiece (placed on the workbench) isAfter being illuminated by LED surface light or contour light (inside the base), the measured part image is captured by the zoom objective lens and the color CCD camera cover, and then transmitted to the computer and display through the S terminal. The software uses the video crosshair generated on the display as a reference to perform aiming measurement. The optical ruler is driven by the workbench to move in the X and Y directions, and the coordinates of each point in space are taken. The measurement coordinates are programmed and automatically geometrically calculated by the adapter card to the computer, completing various automatic data measurement and data acquisition tasks
