1. The small car that completes the linear feeding motion is pulled forward by the pipe during the bending process. In this way, the "positive thrust" is removed, thereby eliminating the synchronization problem between the car and the bending speed, removing the negative feedback system of the DC motor set up to increase the "positive thrust", and simplifying the electrical circuit.
2. The bending head can move laterally along the guide rail, which is achieved by adjusting the bending die slot of the bending machine to align with the machine line after changing the bending die. This is simpler than adjusting the machine tool line by adjusting the guide rails and tailstock on the bed.
3. When bending, the car is pulled forward by the pipe as a load. In order to avoid excessive thinning of the wall thickness of the bent part of the pipe and reduce rebound, a booster device is added.
4. When entering the next bend, the trolley may collide with the die. At this time, the "interference zone" function can be used, that is, the die returns → the trolley continues to enter → the bending arm returns → the spatial angle (POB) → the clamping die clamps → the clamp is released, the trolley exits the interference zone → the die is compressed → the pipe is bent. In this way, the bent pipe not only avoids collision between the trolley and the die, ensuring the smooth completion of the next bend, but also reduces the clamping loss of the material head and lowers production costs.
5. The bending arm and the bending spindle are integrated, the bending die axis of the bending tube is interchangeable, and the clamping die can move up and down. This not only makes the structure reasonable and increases the strength of the mechanical part, but also simplifies the structure, thereby simplifying the electrical circuit.
