The working principle of the vertical round bottle self-adhesive labeling machine:
After entering the labeling machine conveyor belt from the bottle sorting machine, the bottles are separated by a suitable distance after passing through the bottle sorting wheel. When the bottle passes through the measuring electric eye, the electric eye sends out a signal. After the signal is processed, when the bottle reaches the tangential position with the label, the stepper motor starts and the printer works to print the date on the label. When the label tape passes through the peeling plate, due to the hardness of the label on the tape, it is not easy to make sharp turns along the glass plate. Therefore, when the bottom paper of the label tape makes a sharp turn, the label continues to move forward due to inertia, separates from the bottom paper, and adheres to the bottle that is conveyed in place. It enters the rolling device for rolling and adheres to the container bottle. When another sensor detects that a label has completely passed, it sends a signal to stop the stepper motor.
