Working principle
Water containing minerals such as calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg) salts is called "hard water". When water evaporates, the originally insoluble calcium sulfate (CaSO4) precipitates. The originally dissolved calcium bicarbonate (Ca (HCO3) 2) and magnesium bicarbonate (Mg (HCO3) 2) decompose in boiling water, releasing carbon dioxide (CO2) and becoming insoluble calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg (OH) 2), which also precipitate and sometimes form MgCO3. This forms scale. When the raw water passes through the water softener, the calcium and magnesium ions in the water are replaced by the sodium ions in the resin, reducing the hardness of the water and meeting the usage standards.
A fully automatic water softener is a device that automatically controls every step of its operation and regeneration, and uses time, flow, or other sensors to initiate regeneration. The basic components of a fully automatic water softener include an automatic control multi way valve, resin tank body, resin, salt dissolving tank, and piping system. Selection Guide
Design flow rate and periodic water production volume
The design flow rate refers to the peak flow rate of users continuously using softened water.
Raw water hardness: When the raw water hardness is ≤ 6mmoL/L, it can be selected according to the upper limit (larger value) in the selection table; When the hardness of the raw water is ≤ 8mmoL/L, the average value in the selection table can be selected; When the hardness of the raw water is between 8-12 mmol/L, it can be selected according to the lower limit (smaller value) in the selection table; When the hardness of the raw water is ≥ 12mmoL/L, it is recommended to use multi-stage softening treatment.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
The foundation should be level, and a sewer should be installed near the equipment installation site.
The inlet pipeline should be equipped with a Y-shaped filter or other filtering equipment and a pressure gauge should be installed.
If the inlet pressure is lower than 0.2Mpa, a pipeline pump needs to be installed.
When selecting a single tank water softener, the water tank should meet the replenishment capacity of the water system for 2.5 hours.
