Product Introduction
This product is equipped with a low nitrogen burner and uses FGR flue gas external circulation combustion technology to meet strict environmental requirements, suppress the formation of harmful substances NOx during combustion, reduce pollution to the atmospheric environment, and reduce the emission of harmful substances NOx to less than 30 ㎎/m ³; It can also be equipped with a fully premixed ratio burner. In the surface burner, the mixture of gas and air ignites on the surface of the metal mesh and forms a stable combustion state with almost no flame. The combustion temperature is stable and continuous, and can be maintained within a clean combustion range, thereby achieving clean emissions and reducing NOx emissions to less than 30 ㎎/m ³.
PLC programmable controller can be selected for the fully automatic intelligent control system touch LCD screen, with reserved RS485 communication interface. Through protocol and upper computer software, a control network for multiple boilers can be established. The upper computer monitors the boiler operating parameters and load changes in real time, and automatically selects the number of operating units based on real-time load changes. The control system terminal can achieve centralized control and remote control.
The network server module can be intelligently integrated with the building automation system, easily achieving remote monitoring. It can also be intelligently controlled with mobile phones and computers to monitor the system at any time. The system can record information and can be purposefully divided into multiple zones for unlimited expansion by adding modules. Introduction to enamel inner liner
Enamel inner liner is made by spraying glass glaze on the surface of carbon steel and baking it at high temperature.
